It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Electrical Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. This department was established in 2007. Our vision is to become a leader provider of electrical engineering education in the region. The department provides a promising academic environment that enables the graduation of outstanding engineers who are capable of competing nationally and regionally and well acquainted with the job market professionally and ethically. Two programs are offered by the department: Electronics & Communication Engineering and Electrical Power Engineering.

The department is equipped with specialized laboratories for a wide range of modern teaching experiments. Our faculty members are responsive educators having research and academic background that enables the effective delivery of our programs. The course contents are periodically updated for introducing contemporary scientific and technological topics.
